A comprehensive renovation and extension to this 2 storey house. We extended the upper roof line and added a new Cape Cod roof over the garage creating a large storage area above. New ensuite, bathroom and kitchen. Outside, the block was completely re landscaped with large tiled entertaining area and exposed aggregate paths and driveway.

A raise and renovation to a cottage creating an art deco theme downstairs and keeping the traditional Queenslander features of VJ linings and colonial mouldings and fittings upstairs. 2 new bathrooms were added, new timber windows and Bi Fold doors were used downstairs along with Chevron pattern parquetry flooring.

The addition of a hardwood deck with built in barbeque and bench along with a set of bi fold doors. We Also excavated underneath the house to add a new modern laundry and soundproof rumpus room.

 A new 2 storey home with extensive use of quality timber, featuring 2 hardwood decks, polished Australian hardwood floors throughout, timber windows & Bi Fold doors and a bay window in the master bedroom.

Architecturally designed renovation and extension to a 2 storey brick home. Creating a completely new roof structure to the front of the house, new bathrooms and kitchen, removal of load bearing walls to create an open plan living area. External works included hardwood pergolas supported only by stainless steel cables and a new secure gatehouse.

Custom designed by a local architect this new 3 storey home on a sloping block has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a media room and rumpus room. It features 2 hardwood decks with glass balustrade, polished hardwood floors, stone benchtops and various claddings.
