This Cape Cod cottage was completely transformed and extended to give this family separate living zones and some much needed extra space

This renovation was carried out to give the growing family with teenagers some extra space and living areas. Nothing was left untouched, the house was extended at the front, back and sides.

A new master suite was built with an ensuite and built in Cupboards, a living area was added with large stacker doors that lead out into the pool area.  A loft style living room was also created and we have recently returned to this property and managed to make some minor alterations to the loft area to cleverly create a second master suite with ensuite.

Externally we finished off all aspects of the project including the fences, pool deck and tiled areas, concrete paths and driveway so there was nothing left for the client to do except move back in.
