This tired little cottage was raised,extended and fully renovated to give the impression of a brand new home

This cottage was raised and fully renovated from the ground up. An extension was put on upstairs to create a new master suite with walk in robe and ensuite. Downstairs a new 2pac kitchen with stone benches was installed with a set of bi fold doors leading onto the deck.  The original hardwood timber floors were kept and polished.  Two other bathrooms were  added along with a study and once the house was finished a double carport was built.
